Who will be cleaning my home?
All Maid U Smile team members are W-2 employees — not independent contractors. Each cleaner is background checked, fully insured, and goes through our in-house Deep Cleaning Specialist Program, where they are trained on proper products, surfaces, tools, and efficiency standards.
We don’t just hire cleaners — we train professionals.

What products do you use?
We primarily use all-natural, safe cleaning products that are effective for everyday use in your home.
In certain situations (such as heavy buildup or specialty surfaces), we may use stronger products when necessary to achieve proper results — always with care and intention.
Do I need to provide anything?
No — we bring all necessary supplies and equipment, including vacuums, to every cleaning. If you prefer we use specific products or tools in your home, just let us know and we’re happy to accommodate when possible.
Do you offer office or commercial cleaning?
Yes. In addition to residential homes, we also provide office and commercial cleaning services. Whether it’s a small office space or a larger facility, we can create a customized cleaning plan to fit your needs.
Why do you require in-home estimates for deep cleans and initial maintenance cleanings?
We schedule in-home estimates for deep cleans and first-time maintenance services so we can properly assess your home, understand your specific needs, and provide the most accurate pricing possible. Every home is different, and factors like size, buildup, pets, lifestyle, and priority areas all affect the time and level of detail required.
This also gives us the chance to meet with you in person, walk through your space, discuss expectations, answer questions, and create a service plan that fits your home best. Our goal is to make sure we’re setting both your home and our team up for success from the very beginning.
What time will you arrive?
We do not schedule exact arrival times, but we do provide general arrival windows.
Most appointments fall within a morning arrival around 9:00–9:30 AM or a midday arrival between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. We always do our best to stay within your scheduled window.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all. Many of our clients are not home during their appointments. As long as we have a way to access your home, our team will take care of everything and ensure your space is secure before leaving.
Do you offer one-time cleanings or recurring services?
We offer both. Most clients begin with an Initial Deep Clean to bring the home up to our standards, followed by recurring maintenance cleanings.
Can I customize my cleaning?
Yes. We understand every home and every client is different. We can tailor your service based on your priorities, budget, and frequency.
What if I’m not satisfied with my cleaning?
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If something was missed, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll return to address it. We stand behind our work and want you to feel taken care of.
